All advertising fees are billed one month in advance and listed quotes are based on placement on a single vehicle. Ads will be placed on only one vehicle unless otherwise requested by the customer. Canceled services will conclude on the last day of the final billing month. Cancellations can be made by emailing crosstowncourier@gmail.com or by calling (908) 947-8031. You will receive a confirmation call in response to any voicemail messages left at this number. Please leave a detailed message including contact name and information in order to cancel or your request may not be processed. Refunds will not be given to customers who opt to cancel under normal circumstances. If the cancellation is requested mid-billing cycle ads will remain on vehicles until the conclusion of that month's services and then the ads will be removed. Please read the information below carefully for details about the terms under which pro-rated refunds will be given.
Customers are responsible for the production of their own vinyl decals for placement on our vehciles. Decals are not returnable as their removal from the vehicles renders them unusable. Ads should be printed on a white vinyl background for vehicle application and may be printed in full color or black and white. We strongly advise using full-color ads in order to make your decal stand out from our existing logo work. Ads may not contain profanity or any other derogatory content and design content should be approved by management prior to printing. We reserve the right to refuse placement of ads deemed inappropriate in the case of unapproved ad content. We take no responsibility for the cost of ads deemed inappropriate for use. Services will be refused in this case and potential customers will not be billed.
Customers have the option to purchase magnetic decals as an alternative so they may be returned when services are concluded, however, Cross Town Couriers & Taxi takes no responsibility for such decals in the case of theft. Many of our vehicles are parked outdoors overnight and magnets are easily removable. Customers will be notified if theft of magnetic ads or excessive wear and tear to vinyl ads should occur and it is the customers responsibility to replace the ads or opt to cancel services at that time. In cases of cancellations under these circumstances a pro-rated refund will be mailed to the address we have on file. If ads are replaced fees will be pro-rated to account for the time during which ads were not displayed on the vehicles.
We reserve the right to cancel services at any time and for any reason. If this should occur mid-billing cycle a pro-rated refund will be mailed to the address we have on file for you. Please be sure to keep us notified of any changes to your contact information.
Customer billing will take place on the 15th of each month and customers are required to pre-pay for the following billing period by the first day of the following month. Payments made after the due date will cause a $10.00 late fee to be assesed to customer accounts in addition to the pre-set advertising rate. The late fee will be applied to following month's bill or be billed to the customer on their final billing statement in the case of cancellation of services. Late payments not received within 30 days of the due date will lead to the prompt removal of any ad placements on the first day of the following billing period. Final bill statements will include fees for the unpaid month plus the aforementioned $10.00 late fee.

144 Square Inches (12" x 12", 8" x 18" or 6" x 24").......................$100/month

All ad placements are subject to space availability. Primary placement is on the rear of our vehicles. Placement options may extend to the side panels of our vehicles if available space on the rear cannot accommodate them. Ads may not be placed on windows or hoods of our vehicles. Additional fees may apply to customers seeking special placement of their ads, otherwise ad placement will be determined by our management.
Customers are required to sign a copy of these terms prior to the provision of services.
